This Service Scope

this service acts in its capacity as an introducer between scrap car consumer and vehicle salvage operator only. this service will not be held responsible for any error with scrap car collection arrangements. It is the consumer's sole responsibility in checking that all arrangements for scrap car collection and disposal and all relevant documentation are in order, and contain the correct information. The consumer is also solely responsible to ensure that all monies agreed are paid by the relevant registered salvage operator, accredited waste carriers or car dealer (i.e. collection services not this service) and that the services conform and are consistent with the agreed arrangements made over the phone with the operator. The consumer is also solely responsible for keeping appropriate records of all conversations with the salvage operators and waste carriers be it by phone, email or in person. Scrap car sales and collections are covered by the specific operators' terms and conditions of collection and carriage and this service will not be held responsible for any problems or discrepancies. No refunds will be given by this service to any consumer for scrap cars incorrectly collected, or not collected, or for any cash paid or not paid as agreed. The consumer is overall responsible for checking that the scrap car collection services are suitable. Any problems with any collection should be taken up by the consumer with the operator concerned. this service will do their best to assist in such issues but do not guarantee any resolution, anticipated outcome, or any refunds to a consumer.

Callers who phone the contact number supplied need to be 18 years old or above and have the full permission of the person who pays the bill. We will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of your telephone to access our services as this is out of our control.
