Nottingham Motor Salvage Operators
When considering an application the Council must be satisfied that the applicant is a 'fit and proper person' to carry out the business of a motor salvage operator. The Act requires local Councils to establish and maintain a register of people carrying on a business as a motor salvage operator in their area.
